In June SSIT was delighted to be selected as one of the beneficiaries from two open air theatre performances of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night by Kennford Productions. The performances were held at Lustleigh Orchard and Bickham House in Devon. SSIT was chosen as one of the beneficiary charities after the brother of one of the organisers broke his neck. Will has fully recovered now and  ran the Amsterdam Marathon in October in aid of SSIT, a true miracle.

Representatives from SSIT  joined Will and the cast from Twelfth Night, their friends and family at a celebration night in October and received two cheques for £2,000 and £626.00 respectively. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the productions and all who supported and of course many thanks to Will for his outstanding achievement in running the marathon.
