SSIT is working in association with Challenge Adventure Charities for this exciting Alsace Bike Challenge 28th September – 30th September 2017.
SSIT is looking for 4 teams of 4 to take part in this great adventure.
Riding through some beauitful French countryside, the teams meet up in Arras on the evening of Wednesday 27th September.
Day 1 starting from the Grand Place in this historic town, the teams will head South through many of the battlefields of the First World War towards the first night in the heart of the Champagne area in Epernay. Day 2 ride to Montaigne de Rhiems before heading East across the Chalons plains, around Verdun to Nancy for the second night in the centre of this splendid city, close to the Place Stanislas. Last day, head South into the Vosges mountains to The Planche des Belles Filles which the Tour de France will ride on 5th July 2017 – and then North through the Vosges to the magic of Riquewihr.
Entry fee of £1400 includes bed and breakfast only in Arras then 3 nights bed breakfast and evening meals, you need to book your own Channel crossing by ferry or Eurotunnel. We hope to have 60 teams this year, so please encourage friends and family to join in the fun of Challenge Adventure Charities events!
